Jamaica

This small developing state in the Caribbean has a population of 3M. Over 50 percent of the population live in its three largest cities: Kingston, St. Andrew, and Spanish Town. The national poverty rate declined to around 12 percent in 2022. However, inflation rates on things like food continue to be a challenge for the people.

LIA started working in Jamaica in early 2013 where we continue to focus on wholistic family empowerment initiatives.
