Sudan

Sudan has endured decades of conflict, political instability, and economic hardship, deeply impacting the lives of its people. Millions continue to face poverty, displacement, and limited access to essential services. Yet, communities remain resilient, and the local church continues to be a key source of hope and restoration.

LIA started working in Sudan in 2009 and in South Sudan in 2011 and has been growing the program ever since.

LIA - Sudan Projects

The team is currently working on a project to build the capacity of 15 existing local churches partnering with LIA. Through a refresher course training on wholistic development, the goal is to see these church communities transforming more lives and multiplying the impact of their work with the poor and vulnerable around them.
