Give the Gift of Empowerment this Christmas
As we gather with loved ones this Christmas season, let us remember the poor and the vulnerable who need their basic needs met. To give the Gift of Empowerment is to restore health, renew hope, and inspire change to those who need encouragement, love, and their dignity restored in order that they may become oaks of righteousness for His namesake.
Donations will go towards our General Fund Programs (Economic Empowerment, Community Health, Social Engagement, and Education), allowing us the freedom to allocate funds as the need arises. Below are some tangible examples of how your donation can impact individuals and communities at large!
— They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. ISAIAH 61:3b
Micro-enterprise looks different in various communities based on accessibility to goods, produce, and livestock. Our goal is to educate and empower the leaders and community members on the basics of economics and how to generate a sustainable income so that families can have an income stream supported by their efforts.

In order to break the poverty cycle, there are systems in place that must be addressed whether on a government or community level. Nothing gets better if nothing changes. We equip and walk alongside communities as they identify brokenness in their community and encourage the local church to fully utilize their unique role in the community by advocating for its most vulnerable members.

Every community we serve has a specific emphasis on disease prevention, health promotion, and care. The community plays a vital role in identifying the areas of greatest need and implementing health programs that build upon existing assets, capacity, and the established health network. When a community is healthy, there is more energy that furthers productivity in all other areas of transformation.
